In this shifting landscape, human resource management (HRM) has emerged as a strategic actor in safeguarding corporate information systems. The proliferation of tools such as bring-your-own-device (BYOD) policies, cloud-based infrastructures, virtual private networks (VPN), and digital surveillance platforms has required more proactive and integrated cybersecurity strategies within HRM functions.
